Return Policy/ Exchange Policy

Keva J Swimwear does not accept returns for refunds. Exchanges Only.
We will gladly exchange unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased through our site. All swimwear must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and sani-liners in place. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery.

HOW TO EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange it for another size or product. Please send an email with your name and order number, stating which item you would like to exchange it for. If the item you want to exchange is more than the original item you purchased, an invoice will be sent for the difference. If the item you are exchanging is less than the original item purchased, you will receive a credit to be used towards your next purchase.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the time frame has passed the order can no longer be cancelled.

 At Keva J Swimwear, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, please note that we are not responsible for transit times once an order has been dispatched. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or logistical challenges, may occasionally impact the delivery schedule.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We regret any inconvenience caused by lost or stolen packages. However, please note that once a package leaves our facility and is handed over to the shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft that may occur during transit. We strongly recommend selecting a shipping option that includes tracking and insurance to safeguard your purchase.

In the unfortunate event that your package goes missing or is stolen after being shipped, we encourage you to contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a trace or investigation. Additionally, we advise you to consider any applicable insurance claims with the shipping carrier.
